Made to feel very welcome by reception staff. The dentist was great by exlplaing what was to happen and by reassuring throughout.

I am a very nervous patient but there was no need to be. Had excelent treatment and was treated so very kindly.Hopefully will not need to be so apprehensive next time.

Both the Dentist and the assistant . Put me at ease straight away . Explained everything very clearly . But what stood out to me was Such lovely friendly ladies on the ground floor. Thank you Chipping Manor Dentist .

1) That on this occasion I was able to get an emergency appointment on the same day that I phoned to request one. 2) I hadn’t met this Dentist before but she checked all my teeth thoroughly to be sure it was just one that needed treatment. She explained each stage of the repair and I was very satisfied with the procedure. I have been a patient at this Practice for over 10 years and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

The work started promptly at the appointment time. The dentist was considerate, understanding & the treatment painless. She seemed to be thorough in her completion of the work & I had every confidence in her ability to do a good job. Would be pleasd to have further appointments with her.

I have been coming for my check ups for many years and have always found the staff and receptionist very helpful and nice to deal with. I just wanted to say they are thorough and have always done a good job.
