Everyone at the practice is polite and reassuring as I am quite a nervous patient but am always treated with care and kindness.

Arrived early and was called in 10 minutes early. Just a check up this time but always friendly and putting me a ease. Reception staff are very welcoming and the practice is always well kept. Nothing but good things to say. I have had both NHS and private appointments and both are really positive.

They were so friendly, as I suffer from anxiety they were so understanding and talked me through everything. And literally made me at ease. Would recommend the practice to family and friends

Everyone from the receptionist to the clinical staff were extremely chirpy, welcoming and professional. I would recommend this practise without hesitation

I have been using this practice for a good many years now and it is so consistently good. From the way you are greeted when you check in to the caring way you are treated by the hygienist and dentist supported by the attending nurses. They all seem so up to date with the latest information and methods which you know is done to promote and sustain your oral health. You are not just another patient but an individual who they are there to support.

Courteous, friendly receptionists. Clean & inviting reception area. My dentist is always friendly & makes you feel totally relaxed & confident in everything he does. Definitely recommend this practice.

Always welcomed at reception with a smiling receptionist and good morning how are you today. Can then sit and wait in a very nice seating area . Was met by dental nurse and had a quick but thorough appointment. A pleasant experience

Always excellent service at the Cape road dental practice. All the staff are very warm and welcoming. They are very professional in everything they do. Seen both the hygienist and dentist in the day of my visit, everything was explained to any treatments I was going to have etc.

Efficient welcome at reception, shown into room within 5 minutes of scheduled appointment time. Extraction procedure explained fully and carried out seemingly expertly. I dislike attending any dentist but found the approach and activity very well coordinated from first injection to leaving with helpful prompt sheet.
