A trip to the dentist for me years ago was a trying experience but now the experience is an enjoyable one. From the greeting in reception to the treatment itself everyone is so pleasant and put you at ease so much so that dentist's hold no fear anymore

Came recently for a crown and was looked after very well at each visit. The dentist took a lot of care and the reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

This is the only dental practice that I have enjoyed visiting, in my life. I attend 4 times a year and always feel the benefit of their work.

I was extremely anxious about having a large filling. The dentist was excellent as was her assistant, making sure I was alright all the way through the treatment.

Reception team are very welcoming and friendly. Appointment timing is pretty good I.e. no long waits. Dental team are very professional, conscientious re needs and assessing treatment needs. I never felt that any treatments were premature / unnecessary. Would recommend with confidence.

I had a very large old filling replaced as there was decay underneath. I explained that previously the anaesthetic had not totally numbed my bottom back teeth. The dentist listened and gave additional anaesthetic. All went well, painlessly. The dentist was quick but careful and thorough.

You get the feeling that a great deal of care is taken over all aspects of their service. It's also great that their time kee[ing is good with no long periods of waiting around

Cheerful and friendly from receptionist to hygienist, even waiting patients looked cheerful and at ease. Happy and comfortable during treatment- explanations of procedures easy to follow. Work thorough. Always feel at home at Cape Road.
