I had a tooth transplant and have received excellent service over the last year with them. Regular check ups and hygienist appointments. I hope that when I return to my own dentist it is as good.

The staff at Cape Rd dental practice are always so friendly and helpful, I feel very lucky to have an NHS dentist and am very grateful to everyone at the practice for looking after me so well

It’s a nice friendly practice. My hygienist is very gentle, reassuring and supportive. All the dental team I’ve encountered over the years have offered great care. For a few years I went to various other dentists but came back to Cape Road when other surgeries stopped offering NHS care.

Whenever I go to Cape Road Dental I always feel welcome and a valued patient, my most recent appointment was no exception. All of the staff are friendly, warm and welcoming, the treatment and how it's done is organised to fit my needs. Excellent service from and Thank You to the entire practice.

The dentist is ok, I’m literally in the chair for less than 3 minutes I’d say. Quite expensive for what you actually get. Doesn’t seem to be a massive duty of care. The one thing that really annoys me is they are never on time. I waited 25 mins for my appointment this time so no wonder they rushed me through. The receptionists are friendly enough when they actually manage to look up from their computers to acknowledge you.

We apologise that you were kept waiting, we try to run to time as much as possible, however occasionally we have emergencies that make this more difficult. The NHS set the fees for dental charges. This was a visit to the hygienist to carry out long overdue work. Given that I have Parkinson's disease and am prone to uncontrolled movement, my treatment was handled as calmly and professionally as possible.7

Excellent service from reception very clean clinical waiting area. A few minutes delay from appointment time but perfectly acceptable. Friendly professional service from Dentist and assistant very happy with treatment.

By far the best practice ive ever been to, feel at ease and listened to with overall great treatments! The dentist i use is fantastic very calm, caring and professional, the reception staff are also helpful and friendly. Highly recommend
