I wasnt happy with the service beforehand as the receptionists were not upto standard, not very customer friendly. But now definitely better eith the team they have now..i felt more comfortable when i was having treatment with the hygienist .so getting their act together.

Brilliant dentist made me feel relaxed as i was very anxious when i arrived as i was having a root canal she was brilliant kept me calm and got the work done highly recommend

The dentist was friendly and explained everything very clearly. She explained what needed monitoring and how I could look after my teeth better. Unfortunately when I tried to book a 6 month follow-up I was told that I would have to wait almost 12 months due to limited availability with appointments. This spoilt the great service for me sadly.

I was very dissappointed that I could not make another appointment until the following year as the dentist asked to see me in 6 months. My husband has had to wait fir 2 years for another appointment and we are very unhappy about this situation.

The timing was prompt and the treatment was thorough. Last time I came the treatment was incomplete and this session followed on and finished the work which needed to be done.

Although I had to wait 1.5 hours past my appointment time my dentist is very good and explained everything about my teeth to me. I am a little worried though that my dentist is leaving and I won’t have a follow up for my teeth.
