The dentist is so kind, considerate and very patient. She tells you every step of the way what she is going to do next. She informed what the treatment plan would be. At the end of each appointment she informed of the next appointment steps. She is a first class dentist.

Booked in and was told that the dentist was running a little late but in reality it was over an hour. Dentist was okay but seemed to rush the process as i was having a clean and polish. I had the clean but no polish and was told to have another one in 4 weeks. Went down to make another check up appointment but was told that I would have to wait in a queue for a nhs dentist which arrives in September. So will I actually get an appointment or lose my nhs place. Think I know how it's going to be. Think all private dentist should be made to do nhs patients at least 1 or 2 days a week as we all work hard for our money and pay our taxes for this service.

Pleasant staff working under a lot of pressure. Dealing with issues and complaints that are out of their control ,but still being polite and professional . Not happy that appointments are being cancelled with no future dates available.

Twice now this year we book an NHS appointment with this dental practice and twice they cancel it. We had an appointment booked for early May. At short notice they cancelled it and booked us for July. Then they cancelled this as well and could not offer us an NHS appointment before October 2024!. They were happy to offer a private appointment the next day, but even then they were running very late and after waiting for nearly an hour were told to come back next day. As elderly patients in our late eighties this is truly shocking.

Need a way of checking how much you owe. Feel like I've been overcharged, but it’s hard to know one way or another, without seeing what appointments you’ve had, what deposits you’ve paid etc.

The kadt dentist was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. She was rinning late, but orablably because she is si thorough.

My dentist was excellent. Very professional, great personality and very knowledgeable. Would very much like to continue under her care. Though, making a timely appointment for treatment is very frustrating; the length of time to actually see the dentist is mind boggling. Initially I had to wait weeks while in some discomfort before I started treatment.

My appointment had been cancelled previously, so this was a re-schedule. This one ran an hour late, so not great. However the reception staff did take the trouble to apologise and provide an update on timings, and once in the treatment I got was excellent. Very happy with that. Furthermore once completed the reception staff were kind, polite and efficient, a vast improvement on past experiences at this practice.

The receptionist was unable to help 2 patients in the queue and was ride and unintended. My next checkup appointment is in over a year!!!
