I walked in with swelling on my face due to a broken tooth, and they saw me instantly. The man i saw was very undertsanding once i explained im not fond of going to the dentist. He was very kind and explained everything very well.

Reception staff acknowledge you when you walk in & let you know they’ve seen you & will be w/ you shortly even though they are dealing with a patient. Pleasant, smiley staff. Very Professional, approachable, cheery dentist. Very pleasant experience from a nervous dentist visitor!

I was expecting my appointment to be delayed but it was on time, and the hygienist was approachable, I found no fault with the service.

Always friendly staff at ADP from Receptionist , dentist and to hygienist. I have never had a problem I’m always treated with respect and with professionalism. I always get reminders sent through via my mobile which is also very helpful.

Really good, the dentist is always really nice and welcoming and puts you at ease. The ladies on the front desk are always smiling and welcoming too.
