My dentist is always punctual. She is pleasant friendly and efficient. She always explains what she is going to do and asks if I agree. Altogether the service I have received from the dentist ,surgery assistants and receptionists has been very polite and satisfactory. The only comment I would make is that the stairway is very scruffy and unwelcoming.

I Arrive early for my appointment as indicated by the text message. So i stood by the counter waiting to be serve. Few moment later a staff member(not wearing uniform or name badge) just said referring to me "just take a seat" i believe customer service is quiite important for your patients. One bad attitude for a patient can cause that patient to have an unease for the rest of the visit. I thought the polite thing would be "Good Morning.......someone will be will be with you shortly please take a seat" or "Hello we aren't quite ready yet for service so please take a seat" I don't believe it requires that much to be ppleasant. I believe she is a staff member as she was sitting behind the counter.

The dentist was professional, kind and very efficient, was very satisfied with the care I received. Felt confused as I was a new client and the receptionist requested payment in advance, my experience in the past was paying NHS band 1, 2, or 3 once I had had my checkup and it was determined the treatment plan I required.

The receptionist was very efficient and I went in on time. The denitst ,who was new to me, was very informative and friendly as was her assistant. Overall a very pleasent visit.

I had a crown fall out on Thursday evening, rang up Friday, refitted Saturday. How good is that? Great Service, friendly staff, what more could you ask.

I must say that my dentist was brilliant very gentle and explained everything she was about to do And gave me written instructions for the next few days as someone who is terrified of dentists my dentist put me at ease straight away
