The staff at reception on entrance were fabulous, friendly, welcoming and very sweet with my little one. Same for the dentist and nurse, both kind, calm and caring. Brilliant experience, also the first time in the longest time that I have had the same dentist more than once. So a nice sense of familiarity which I haven’t had at other dental practices. So big thank you from me and my 3 year old who absolutely loves going to the dentist!

The receptionists were helpful and welcoming, the dentist and her assistant were really calm and friendly, they talked through the whole process and just overall I felt really well looked after.

The staff at ADP are always respecful, polite & listen to any concerns, whilst giving time to the customer in all circumstances.

Very friendly, very competent. Difficulty climbing the stairs as I'm only able to walk with walking sticks, and tge stair electric chair is only fir people of a certain weight.

Waited 15 minutes over appointment time, the dental practitioner did apologise which was sincere, first time i had been there today very nice and calming came out happy.

Cost me over 60 pound to see the hygienist got there she was running late (I know this as sent a work email at 16.04 before going into my appointment. Got into the appointment was told it’s only 20 mins so she could only do the bottom row of teeth by 4.19 she had stopped. Absolutely outrageous that you don’t get upper and lower teeth cleaned and was told to book a further appointment!

The dentist herself was very reassuring professional and presented as a thoroughly decent and genuine, professional person. However, this was the first visit to his practice and I felt somewhat confused as a receptionist wanted us to pay before I saw the dentist and therefore we had no idea what treatment was required, it’s simply did not make sense to me if I’m honest, it still doesn’t. I’ve never experienced before, and also said that if our medical history had not got a dentist, we have to fill in another form which again did not make sense having spent some time completing the form on line as requested.

Receptionists were lovely. Dentist was lovely, talked me through everything clearly, showed me my X-rays explained everything clearly to me and why she was recommending the treatment she did. Very welcoming team :)
