The service is pretty decent and the doctors are also very professional and friendly. They provide good advice and explain everything in detail when I visited them. The only improvement point is around the waiting times as getting an appointment after a month of booking was too late with the recent experience I had. Overall I was happy with the service provided and thank you to the doctor for making it a great experience. Would definitely recommend this practice!

My dentist continues to provide a professional and highly informative service. Provides a running commentary with every procedure undertaken. This was reassuring during affixing of a crown to my teeth as well as my 6 month review visit.

The staff were amazing and very welcoming and dealt with my issue efficiently, the service I was provided was outstanding and the staff were very understanding as I went in via 111 as an emergency.

The dentist couldn’t prescribe any strong painkillers, but should’ve recommended over the counter medication like ibuprofen with codeine, it would’ve saved me from excruciating pain for 24 hours. She should also have advised me that pharmacies are closed on bank holiday which it was on that day and the only one that was open for me to pick up my antibiotic prescription was the one in local Boots. A little more care for suffering patients please. The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly.

Dentist only spent 5 minutes for a full check up and clean is appalling. It's only one dentist that does this at the practice she doesn't care or give time to her patients wants them out as quick as possible to maximise profits. The practice won't let you change dentists. If you a paying patient don't bother going to her as there will be no examination or x-ray just a basic 5 min check and rushes you out as soon as possible. No quality in care. The other dentists in the practice do not behave like this and are much better.

The dentist was very kind, patience and helpful. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodated. They also helped me with the prescription. I found this very useful as I can now keep my teeth clean and healthy. Thank you.
