The stuff is so nice and kind they help you understand. What do you need to do and my dentist is so amazing. He’s nice gentleman, respectful heaps to find solution for your problems how to look after your teeth and with kids he’s so amazing.

My hygenist was brilliant. Normally I’m so scared of having my dental treatment done but he was so calming n gentle. He really put me at ease. He was brilliant.

My attendance to have a crown fitted was a pleasure, I have never been disappointed or upset, the staff are all helpful, friendly and polite. My dentist and her team are absolutely outstanding, professional, hygienic and efficient. Equipment is constantly being cleaned, methods are up to date and treatment is fast and proficient.

My dentist appointment was for a routine check-up after 6 months. I was experiencing pain in my teeth on both sides, which I mentioned to the dentist who done X-rays before cleaning the teeth. The dentist recommended to use painkillers as well as prescribed toothpaste. I am very satisfied with my dentist's treatment.

I have been attending this practice for a few years now, and even after moving away I still return because the staff and practitioners are kind and professional. Booking is relatively easy. And even if there are issues with their systems they go out of their way to keep you informed and make it as smooth as possible. On my last routine visit, I was seen on time and given some helpful advise about how to maintain gum health as I have been suffering with sensitive teeth.

I arrived just a few minutes before my appointment time and was seen within minutes. The treatment was no more or less than required. All the staff were friendly and efficient.

It has always been difficult to contact the dentist & arrange an appointment as it takes far too long for the phone to be answered. Sadly many other companies are like this but it shouldn't be this way. They have given me an email address to write to as an alternative, so whilst that's good, the situation isn't ideal if you need an urgent reply. However, the good news is that the dentist herself has always been excellent in so many ways. I'm very apprehensive of dentists following a bad experience many moons ago, but she has always made my visits as comfortable as possible. I had to have a tooth out recently & was dreading the process. However, after a couple of injections, which weren't as bad as I had feared, I didn't feel a thing with the extraction. I could've cried with joy it was that painless. Would always recommend Abbey dentist.
