I had to have a very difficult tooth extracted this talk Over Nineteen Minutes to extract He kept me at ease all the way through and explained every part of the procedure he also phone me 3 day after to see how i was getting on Would recommend to anyone

Good dentist if they pick up your call. I had waited sometimes for 10mins just for them to answer my call. And if they do getting soonest appointment is another matter.

The dentist doesn't know how to reassure her patients, doesn't provide clear instructions and explanations very not detailed at all.

Very welcoming staff. The dentist remembered me and asked how I felt after two years of my last visit. Everything sorted with no pain and no problem.

The Dentist was very friendly and professional. She absolutely knows what she is doing. She made me feel at ease and was talking me through the procedure. And I didn't have to wait too long.

The hygienist was very professional, attentive and eloquent in explaining the treatment to me step by step and taking the time to listen and ask questions at intervals. This really helped ease my anxiety and he also did a great job on my teeth. 5 stars for customer service and delivery of treatment.

Always pleasant and make you feel at ease. A very professional service. They offered me lots of advice on how to look after my teeth in future and offered me alternative options if I required them.

The reception are quick to answer phones and able to deal with your enquiries, dentist was warm and friendly and puts you at ease. It was clean, friendly and helpful- exactly what a customer needs

I signed up to Abbey dental practice and was booked in for my first appointment. Usually I'm funny with dentist as ive had horrible experience but here I was made to feel comfortable and was looked after well. I had a procedure done i was scared to do because of my fear of needles but the dentist assured me and i was able to get it done. I will only go there now
