Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry to learn that you are unhappy with the treatment received at our practice when you attended an emergency appointment following an NHS 111 referral and would like to apologise your expereince using our service did not meet with your expectations. Patient care is at the heart of what we do and patients referred to our practice for urgent dental care are seen and treated (where appropriate) to relieve the pain, any further dental treatment required would be with the patients usual dentist. If there is anything else we can help you with, or if you require us to look into your concerns more closely, please do contact us directly at the practice where we will provide you with a more personalised response. Many thanks, The Dental Team
