The dentist that see me did a good job and he also advise me of continuing looking after my teeth by myself is good thing and that the gum will always be in good condition

Every time I need to have treatment or check up, the staff are always polite both in person and over the phone. The booking times can vary on each occasion and may get an appointment sooner or much later due to how busy the practice is. I always see the same dentist on all occasions, my dentist and her staff are always polite and provides very professional service and dental care service to me as a patient. I wouldn't go to any other dentist. I do recommend Abbey dentist to everyone.

To be honest was very good no long waiting, was very warm, welcome from reception and doctor. However to contact them via phone for appointment was very hard more than 25 minutes.

Absolutely great service,staff was very polite and welcoming,didn’t wait long to be seen either. Started off by contacting nhs 111 who referred me for a call for emergency appointment ,was told I would get the call after 10am but someone from the dentist rang me just after 9 and said they had an appointment for me at 10.40 on the same day. Was easy to get to and find .

This has been my current dentist since the lockdown. My last visit was surprisingly good, namely, the front-line service staff at reception were a lot friendlier compared to before. A critique I have is again, they do not offer a clean (included in the fee) with the appointment, which my previous dentists have always offered, and so it feels like a waste of money. You’re literally in and out of the dentist within 5 mins and are told the same thing “brush twice a day and floss”. Lastly, the dentist is always late. I think this is my third appointment and she has been at least 10 minutes late every time. If I was late, my appointment would be cancelled and I would be given a warning, however, if the dentist is late, it’s not a problem. This needs to change, as my time is as important as hers.

Surgery is spotlessly clean. Easy to book appointments not too far ahead. Plenty of staff. My dentist and my hygienist were lovely, friendly, gentle and explained everything as they went along. Only downside is it was a bit of a wait past my appointment time to get seen (20 mins)

Excellent care and service from the reception to the doctor. The doctor was very patient with dealing with me teeth. The place is so clean and they are very friendly. will definitely recommend lots of my friends to the surgery

I had to have a very difficult tooth extracted this talk Over Nineteen Minutes to extract He kept me at ease all the way through and explained every part of the procedure he also phone me 3 day after to see how i was getting on Would recommend to anyone
