Although I am always very anxious about having treatment I was very pleased with how the appointment went and patience of the staff who explained every stage with me. This has been the same with all the appointments I have had over the last 18 months and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I'm not satisfied with my treatment. My dentist was supposed to do filling and cleaning. The filing which was done two weeks ago is now completely gone. I can see cavity in my teeth and filing was not done properly therefore it has now completely gone. I'm not satisfied with the service I had with this dentist. I had filling done 10-15 years ago, that worked very well. The dentist did x-ray and told me that you should have new filling and she can remove the previous one. I got agreed but to be honest my previous filling was far better than this new one as it was stayed more than 10 years without causing me any trouble.

I was made to feel at ease from the moment I stepped into the practice. It was a very positive experience. The staff were experienced and helpful. I’ll be returning .

At my arrival the receptionist informed me of delay to emergency appointments. And even though they couldn’t find the source of my problem, they were thorough with the investigations. They gave further possibilities and advised on what I can do.

Was in bad pain for over a month. But got worse in the last few days.i couldn't get any appointments with any local dentists. So I reached out to nhs 111 they referred me to Abbey Dental practice. The receptionist and also the dentist were courteous to my needs.Waited about 30 min as I was on emergency(not bad at all) then the dentist told me it was a infection and they world clean the teeth and prescribed me antibiotics,also advised me to rebook if the symptoms don't clear up after the course of antibiotics.They only feedback I would give is the Dentist who attended to me could have been a bit more slower in explaining what was happening and what had happened to my tooth,I appreciate maybe it was due to the vast amount of emergency patients (as pointed out to me by the receptionist when i initially came in)and I was the last patient to be seen and they probably wanted to go home. But overall a pleasant experience considering I was in pain.

I have call nhs they reffed me there , they took less them 5 minutes my check up , they xray my teeth and said to clean it it will fine, but they didn't find out my problem it's gum disease under my teeth problem, I suffer lots bcos they don't care me.
