Interesting experience- urgent appointment (was booked promptly), as I was having a pain. The dentist took scan and Inasked the options - response was to remove or leave as is (nonexplanation what to do with the pain), also said that they do not do root canal for which I need to go private. I did not get it - could I do root canal, then why my teeth was removed? Also, I pay full fee, so why would I need to go private, as far as I am concern this was private. I will likely change my surgery to another.

Dentist did not hear my problem fully and hurried for a filling which got off after two days. Information was not provided about how to get further treatment. Waiting time was less but treatment is worthless. It wasted my whole working-day as I had to day-off for the appointment. It is difficult to take day-off, had to go to work to pay for the treatment.

The dentists treated me with the utmost respect and communicated what they were going to do in terms of undertaking the deep clean procedure. The treatment was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The administration staff were also helpful in describing the various services on offer, they were also very kind respectful. I wish them great success.

Been with this dentist for many years and I am happy with the service. They contact me on a regular basis to remind me of my check ups and when a appointment has been made.

You left message to call you, I had to wait 25 minutes to speak to anyone, to discover you were cancelling my appointment, the dentist was over 15 minutes late for second appointment which you told me had to be at 9.40. if I had known I would have caught later train and not have to pay.

Everyone was super friendly upon arrival and the treatment was very thoroughly explained. As well as this, treatment was quick, painless and well done. Will definitely come again.

I'm with this practice for a very long time. Around 12 years. I like the costumer crevice and doctors here. Before I have another doctor but she gone. And last few times I had very nice and polite doctor who doing her job great. My kids also with her.

The dentist was amazing. Very professional, the assistant was also very helpful explaining the whole procedure, what's coming next, what I should do after the treatment. The only negative I would mention is the receptionist got annoyed and raised her voice on the phone because English is my second language and I was asking her to repeat what she said when I don't understand certain words
