Every thing worked like clockwork, I wouldn't fault them on anything. Excellent happy staff, whom I believed were enjoying their roles. I would make two suggestions. One, it would have helped if I had known the timings, in and out in approximately an hour and a half, the operation element taking approximately five minutes. Two, the document they give you afterwards on do's and dont's could be given you long before the operation so as to make arrangements

The service I received was very efficient and the people were polite and helpful. The total experience at the centre was very encouraging. even though I was a little apprehensive about anything to do with my eyes.

Very efficient, friendly staff who made me feel relaxed and at ease with the procdure. Extremely pleased with the outcome of the surgery.

From reception through to the completion of the operation, at every stage the staff were friendly and put your mind at ease. Every step was explained in detail during the operation. The whole team were very professional and I cannot speak too highly of the service I received.

From assessment to surgery was amazingly only 3 days. Caring, professional, friendly staff. The actual operation only took around 10 minutes. Post operative information was carefully explained and informative booklet provided. Highly recommend SpaMedica. Can't wait to get my other eye done!

Whole atmosphere was friendly, professional and reassuring. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Bright, new surroundings and impressive equipment. Procedure was carefully explained, with opportunity for my questions. Process was painless and as pleasant as it could be. Very pleased with result.

The reception was friendly, as were all persons I encountered. The actual operation was conducted painlessly, with occasional humour and was successful. The only (minor) less positive aspect was the location. only one nearby bus per hour and taxi couldn't find it.

I have been well looked after through out my time . I was well informed pre and post surgery, and given printed leaflets with all the information to take home and refer to, which was great.

I was amazed that I was seen so promptly, within days of being advised that I had cataracts. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently at the clinic, the initial examination was followed up within days by surgery which was also very well organised and, of course, painlessly and professionally carried out. I cannot recommend them highly enough. All of the staff were very pleasant an helpful.
