A bit nervous at first but once I was checked in, the team made me very relaxed. They were very professional and observed all the clinical checks which boosted my confidence. An excellent experience.

The help, cheerfulness, understanding, confidence and re-assurance of all members of staff and the ease with which the procedure was carried out ensuring patients that there was no reason for concern

From reception to the end everything went smoothly, all very friendly was not worried or nervous at any time, everybody introduced themselves and the operating staff put me completely at ease.

From the cheerful welcome through to the interaction with the opthalmologist and staff, my experience was pleasant. The environment was nice and the examinations thorough, and explanations clear. I could have been seen more punctually, I suppose, but such is life!

The staff were uniformly pleasant and efficient, and put me at ease. The whole procedure was done quickly and I was kept infirmed of what woukd happen next all the way through. 10/10

I went to update my glasses and it was pointed out a cataract was getting in the way. I agreed to be booked in to the Watford Clinic and ordered a temporary pair. I was pleasantly surprised to have an appointment just within two weeks just as my glasses were ready. This was a very smooth series of checks and discussions, informative and reassuring. I was expecting to get booked for the procedure in a couple of months or so but they said could I pop back the following Wednesday? I was stunned. We settled on next Thursday. The procedure went smoothly, yes it was cool in the theatre suite. No needles no pain, marginal discomfort for about 5 minutes while lenses were swiftly swapped over. Less stressful than going to the Dentist said my neighbour from Southgate. If you've got to go, this is where to go. Thanks SpaMedica and the NHS. Trying not to bend down for the next 4 weeks.
