The treatment at the clinic was excellent in every way. All the staff both medical and clerical were friendly, kind and considerate. The transport provided was efficient smooth and very helpful.All in all a thoroughly calm and non traumatic experience.

Having cataract surgery at SpaMedica Truro was a good, very friendly and welcoming experience, from the moment I entered the building the staff helped in every possible way to put me at ease.

Excellent experiences both at pre assessment and cataract surgery. All staff, from welcome in reception to discharge nurse and all in-between very pleasant. Clear explanations about every part of the experience from where to get a cuppa to the surgeon keeping you informed throughout the procedure.

I accompanied my 89 year old mum fir her appointment. The staff we all very kind and thorough. The facilities were really good, especially the free drinks machine and biscuits. I'd recommend the hot chocolate!!! There are lots of loos available which is thoughtful, considering the age of most of the patients. The cleanliness of the each room we went into cannot be faulted. All in all a great medical centre.

Wow what an amazing clinic. Every member of staff was so friendly, the clinic was immaculately clean with sanitizer everywhere. The surgeon was lovely. The cataract was removed in minutes and I could see straight away. Absolutely fantastic experience. Thanks to the whole team.

I can only say how professional all the staff are . The service was excellent and I noticed how extremely particular they were about hygiene . If the NHS was to work in the same manner we would soon reduce all the long waiting times I can only give it 10/10

My cataract op on my first eye was exemplary. The staff, facilities and service are exceptional, I hope my 2nd eye is as good as the first. Very many thanks to the great team at SpaMedica, Truro.
