I think I was so well looked after They were kind and caring down at the Truro clinic I had a cataract operation and I could not have wished for better care thankyou Spamedica NHS

From reception to release met with kindness, sympathy, and courtesy. All procedures were explained in simple terms

Everyone was lovely but anaesthetic wore off and had to tell them to stop as it was so painful towards the end and had to have ore anaesthetic

My original appointment was for 24/10/2023. But this was cancelled ads I had to wait till 05/12/2023 for my surgery on my first eye. If my original date had been OK, I would have both eyes done by now. However, on the day of the operation everything was great. All the staff where very able and they knew exactly what they were doing. I am looking orward to having my other eye operated on.

The staff were very pleasant, efficient and helpful, a credit to the company. However before the visit I phoned the company to find out if there were any parking facilities and was informed there was a carpark in front of the building. On arrival I was advised that this was only a pick up and drop off point. The nearest public carpark was full and the nearest parking in the area was at least half a mile away. Although elderly I am fortunate to be able to walk the distance. but it was all rather stressful in an unfamiliar and busy city.

Whole team are very professional and friendly. They put me at ease as I didn't know what to expect and was initially worried. They helped to keep me calm and the procedure was much easier than I thought it would be. The aftercare is also very good.

I was treated by friendly staff. All were very re-assuring. I had one eye done in December 2023 and the second one in March 2024. Both eyes were done by different surgeons but equally reassuring. All the staff from entering the building to leaving were extremely pleasant and helpful. Any anxieties I felt were soon alleviated. I am now happy to say that I have recently had my check up with my Optician and the Glaucoma Specialist and both are assured of the positive outcome. I am more than happy and would recommend having this treatment if it were needed. Such a positive outcome. Many thanks to all the staff at SpaMedica Truro. I am most grateful.

The staff were amazing and very professional but my eye is still very sore and sticky and each time I've returned to get it checked I've seen different people who have offered conflicting opinions and now I've lost confidence as they just wanted to proceed with my 2nd eye which was a.horrendous experience and I don't know what I should to now

I was delighted with the treatment and care I received, I don't think I could have received better to be honest. The staff were cheery, helpful and polite. I would highly recommend SpaMedica Truro.

Lovely, helpful, informative staff. Painless operation being informed all the way through the procedure. I can’t praise them enough. Tea, coffee and biscuits offered when you arrive and after operation. Only had my eye done yesterday and I can see so good out of it. The colours are so bright and clear. Fantastic. Can’t wait to have the other one done. Thank you to all the staff.
