Very friendly and professional, I was dealt with speedily but thoroughly throughout. The nurses and surgeon explained everything that was to happen and during the whole procedure I felt very comfortable.

Made very welcome and nothing was to much trouble. Eye surgery was quick and they looked after me very well.

This was my second procedure and once again can’t fault the service provided. Everything done with great care and attention. Everyone involved were friendly, understanding and very efficient

Very friendly staff, not talked down to, treated with respect. Surgeon explained the procedure very clearly, step by step. He was friendly but very professional.

All the staff were kind, helpful and extremely professional. Could not ask for better treatment. They put me at my ease from the moment I arrived. Everything was explained at each step of the procedure. The actual operation was very quick and completely painless. I was surprised when I was told it was all over. I would not hesitate to recommend Spa Medica to anyone needing cataract surgery.

All of the staff from the clerical staff at reception all the way through to the surgeon were kind, thoughtful and empathetic. They were truly amazing and kept me informed throughout my experience. the facilities were modern and clean and a wheel chair was provided along with assistance if required.

So accommodating, so friendly, puts the person at ease, no problems at all, couldn't be more helpful. The place was so good asking if you wanted a drink ect. So clean and tidy. Thank you for all that you do.

I have visited Spa Medica twice for cataract surgery. I am so impressed with the hospital. A very warm welcome, extremely nice staff in all departments. My surgeries were carried out by a very nice and competent surgeon and the supporting staff could not have been nicer. I was so well informed regarding my surgery throughout the process and received excellent advice regarding my after care. I cannot recommend Spa Medica highly enough.
