The staff and service was an excellent experience and would definitely recommend. The waiting time was quick and efficient. Tea coffee and biscuits available in the waiting room. It was easy to park with no charges.

Had my 2nd eye surgery yesterday, was very well looked after, by all the lovely helpful staff. Slight discomfort with the actual operation, but quite bearable. This place is so we'll organized, I would certainly recommend!! Thank you Spa Medica

Before my first visit in November I was reluctant to have the procedure, but I found the staff professional, understanding and reassuring. The first operation went very well and I had no side effects. The second ran just as smoothly. As a wearer of spectacles for over 50 years I am now able to see stars in the night sky and birds in the tops of trees without glasses. Quite amazing.

Really good comfortable experience. From entering the practice to leaving. Every staff member, from reception through to surgeon was very kind and reassuring . I couldn’t have wished for more . Everything was explained fully and clearly. I was repeatedly asked if I had any questions and if I was satisfied with my treatment . Very refreshing .

Completely blown away by excellent standard of care pre and post op., everything clearly explained at every stage, leaving me reassured at all levels and feeling in extremely safe hands at all times.

I attended SpaMedica with great trepidation. From arriving to leaving, I can’t praise the staff enough. They were all very friendly and introduced themselves with their first name upon meeting you. Every minute of the way I was told what was going to happen and all my questions answered. They all made my experience much more relaxed. I will not be worried at all when I go next time. Well done everyone.

I had my cataract surgery in late Jan 2023 at SpaMedica Preston. What an outstanding practice it is, one that displays a caring, professional and efficient service at both the pre-op and post-op process. The staff and consultant were reassuring throughout and I am amazed at the successful outcome. A new window to the world has been opened up. Looking forward to having surgery on my other eye. Thank you everyone at SpaMedica you were unbelievably good . . .
