Truly grateful to everyone at Spa Medica, Poole, from the moment you arrive, you are greeted with a very warm welcome, hot drinks & biscuits available, the place is spotless, reception staff, surgeons/ nurses were all very professional, nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained at every stage & this helped me feel relaxed, Spa Medica have achieved the most amazing results possible & wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them, once again, thank you all

From start to finish I was looked after and reassured about the procedure. Everyone I came into contact with were first class, and, if you are worried about the procedure, don't be, its painless and over before you realise. 6 months on my eyesight is great. Thank you so much.

My first cataract operation and I was very nervous. There was no need to be! The staff were kind and patient explaining everything as it happened. The surgeon was the same telling me what would happen before he continued with the operation. The actual procedure took 10 minutes and the overall time was around 2 hours. Thank you SpaMedica Poole. I won't be so nervous next time!

The staff at SpaMedica welcomed me in a very friendly fashion, which mattered a lot as I had had a difficult journey to the clinic because of transport delays, and was nearly late for my booked surgery time. They completed the necessary admin with no fuss and I was able to go into surgery relaxed and confident.

Arriving at the appointed time, I was quickly put into the system. Within an hour I entered the surgery room and 25 mins later I had the surgery and after a short rest period was discharged. An excellent overall experience and cannot recommend all the staff highly enough. Thank you so much for the whole brilliant experience

I had my first cataract operation, I was nervous but need not have been. Everything went smoothly and the staff everyone from reception, doctors nurses were excellent, explained everything they were doing , they are a brilliant team. Thank you all I have no worries about having the surgery on my other eye

I had my eye surgery on 13th of March Specialist and His team absolutely Brilliant Thank you so much felt a bit anxious but over come this as some of my friends have been to spa medica Poole couldn’t speak more highly of them lovely staff Free Tea Coffee and Biscuits all in all recommend them 10 out 10 Thank you all for looking after me so much appreciated

I have had both my cataracts done, and am so pleased with the results, the staff and surgeons were perfect in the way they handled the consultations and the surgery, with great after care too.

Whole clinic runs like clock-work with super efficient and friendly staff. Procedure was not painful but just mildly uncomfortable. After care was prompt and professional. Could not complain about any of the care given to me.

The process was well-explained in advance and fell within the time-frame indicated. Drinks and biscuits were provided in the waiting area. I appreciated the surgeon talking me through the procedure and warning me of what he was about to do. One week after surgery and things are looking good.
