Well explained. Brilliant surgeon who gave a clear running commentary. Quick and painless cataract extraction. Happy to answer any questions. In fact my vision was as clear as 10 years ago the next day. Minimal scratchy feeling and no photophobia after 24 hours.

Right from the start of my interaction with Spamedica, I found the staff welcoming and friendly. The procedures were explained thoroughly making the experience stress free.

My first cataract op experience and was very nervous. I had been given advice from a friend as to what the procedure involved..the staff were all reassuring and in fact the actual op only took 10 mins, the waiting around was longer..but the surgeon was informative all the time, I felt nothing and it was over so quickly. I won't be nearly as anxious for the next one to be done. Thanks to all the surgical staff for their reassuring manner. It really helps.

Centre had calm and professional atmosphere. Staff were caring, considerate and knowledgeable. The operation was amazingly quick and painless. Literature before and after operation was well produced and clear/easy to understand. I was given plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Very happy!

Within a few days of being referred to the NHS by my optician, I was offered an appointment within a week. I had to choose one of several available the following week. The staff throughout my appointment were very helpful and informative, and I was given a date for the operation within a further fortnight. It was conducted by a very competent surgeon who kept me fully informed throughout the procedure and my blurred vision is now no more. I am very happy with the whole process.

The clinic was very good with a relaxing atmosphere. All the staff were excellent and very helpful and professional. The cataract procedure was quite quickly completed.
