I have had the lens in each of my eyes replaced at Spa Medica Leicester. Both operations were successful and my sight has improved greatly as a result. The overall experience was smooth, well organised and efficient and the staff were welcoming, polite and friendly. The clinic was clean and tidy in every area.

I was very scared about cataract surgery, but all of the staff, nurses and Doctors were wonderful in putting me at ease. I shouldn't have worried.

Everyone at the clinc gave of their best to ensure I was completely at ease, from the initial consultation right through the process until I was discharged after the sugery. Even then I was fully informed as to how to make contact should I be concerned about anything after I had arrived home.

We were greeted by a friendly gentleman when we arrived, who made us drinks.Every member of staff were professional, understanding, compationate. We were made to feel at ease. Our assessment went really well and we were given an appointment for the following week. The cataract surgery was carried out efficiently. Every care was taken to help us understand each process. There isn't anything I could find fault with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your cataract surgery . The entire staff were really friendly.

Had my cataract surgery 4 weeks to the day after being referred. Cannot fault. The SpaMedica reception when you walk in is spotless as is the rest of the building. The staff are caring and pleasant even down to the cleaner who had a smile for me. The surgeon was brilliant and I didn't feel a thing. I have had no problems post surgery and would highly recommend SpaMedica to anyone facing cataract surgery.

Visited SpaMedica today and was very impressed with the service. The staff and surgeon were brilliant. All the nurses were very kind and worked well together as a team. Would definitely recommend this practice for cataract surgery.

From my pre op appointment to my Cataract Surgery I have the highest praise for all the staff, from their welcoming atmosphere and kindness to their professionalism and skills. I can highly recommend them.

I entered SpaMedica feeling very daunted by what was ahead. That was soon alleviated by the welcome I received. Every member of staff was so pleasant and efficient in their approach. They helped me to get over my nervous disposition which could have hampered me on the day of the operation. Instead, by the time I finally met the surgeon and his team, in the operating theatre, I was very calm and confident.
