From arriving for my1st appointment to actually having my cataract operation i cannot praise the practice enough , the Staff are extremely friendly very professional Caring and nothing was too much trouble , My whole experience was excellent

From the moment of arrival I felt the happy environment of this clinic. Everyone so cheerful and helpful. The result was like a miracle to me, I could see like I did when I first had the cataract op years ago. Couldn’t thank the staff enough for what they did for me. I would work there in a heartbeat!

This was my second cataract surgery within 6 weeks. I was referred by my optician and it was a wise choice. The staff are excellent from the welcome with coffee and snacks through every stage of the journey. Every hospital experience should be like this, on time, professional and the best eye surgeon. The premises are on one floor so no stairs or lifts required and the flow was efficient and timely. The pre operative appointment was equally excellent and the equipment and facilities excellent too. My appointment was for 11 but they called me through early. I was done with the whole thing by 12-30 and home by 2. A real example for everywhere else!

Had both cataracts done, had a bit of a problem with the first one but they saw me fairly quickly and sorted it, can't praise them enough from the lovely gentleman who greets you to all the staff being very pleasant and caring.

Got to be 10 out of 10 everyone from the reception staff to the nurses and surgeons so friendly and welcoming i was quite nervous of having my cateract done but theater staff made me feel at ease the actual procedure was quick and painless can't thank them all enough
