I had my second cataract done on 11th May 2023 and from the gentleman signing me in to going to the desk to book in you felt very relaxed. The staff are very kind and courteous I was offered a tea or coffee and biscuits while I was waiting. When called through everything was explained what was going to happen and if you had any questions. The physician came and introduced himself and asked if I had any concerns about the procedure. When he had finished the operation a nurse gave me eye drops and explained what to do when you got home and was also given your follow up Post operative Assessment Appointment . Would highly recommend SpaMedica. Thank you all you are all wonderful.

I cannot praise the service I have received highly enough. I have visited 3 times, pre-operative operative & post operative & every visit has been dealt with in every dept with politeness & efficiency. I can only say " Thank you so very much " to SpaMedica.

Had my first cataract removal done today and was blown away by the service I received. The staff were polite, helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. The surgeon was brilliant. And they kept you filled up with tea and coffee 😁. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.
