My experience with SpaMedica was painless and seamless - from start to finish I was dealt with by efficient and professional members of staff. Each step of the process was explained fully and I was given the opportunity to ask questions at every stage.

I arrived at Spa Medica with gross apprehension. However I was treated with courtesy and total professionalism. I would certainly recommend this establishment and it's personnel to anyone requiring eye surgery.

The staff were friendly and efficient. I was extremely anxious but the staff were very reassuring and explained the procedure to me in terms I could understand. A very positive experience and I would recommend this clinic for anyone who needs cataracts removed.

Unsure and slightly wary on initial visit, as not aware of what to expect, but was put at ease. Operation on my right eye was a good experience, and theatre staff were so nice. All members of the staff were lovely, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I am looking forward to my next visit to have the cataract taken from my other eye

I much preferred the first time i went for my right eye things went smoothly and the staff took there time making sure that my eye was ready for surgery, but this time i felt that i was being rushed through and i actually felt pain while i was having the surgery done, but having said that it is a lovely place.

I was seen by several people for an assessment, each with their own speciality. The system is efficient, the environment spacious, clean and comfortable. Everyone friendly and helpful. My problem was explained clearly and I was guided to the right decision. I live 60 miles away. Minibus transport provided was excellent. Thanks to all involved.

Myself and 3 other ladies and the husband of one of them all from Berwick upon Tweed were taken, courtesy of your transport, to your Gateshead hospital and we all agree that from being picked up by a lovely helpful driver to being assessed for cataract surgery then bring driven home, we had caring and helpful treatment by your wonderful staff. We all now can't wait to get our phone calls telling us the date of our surgery. Thank you SpaMedica.

A little apprehensive about my first cataract surgery, the care and service provided soon put me at ease. Surgery was amazing and absolutely nothing to be concerned about. All staff I came into contact with were brilliant, explaining everything as I progressed through the various stages. I’m actually looking forward to my second surgery later in the year.
