Secure,courteous staff, no waiting forever, excellent service overall. Tea,coffee, biscuits for all. Overall no complaints and would certainly recommend SpaMedica.

From the moment you enter the building you are put at ease for example the Porter is excellent at creating you and making you relax when you are tense and nervous. All the staff go out off there way to make this surgery as comfortable as possible . Could you please give the Porter my praise in person Paul from Portugal and his tea is good to. Cannot explain after being petrified how all your professional excellent staff treated me and the other patience please pass on my review people never get praised . Carnt wait to get my other eye done Thanks Spamedica

From start to finish the whole experience was extremely good, a very nice clean and comfortable premises and very friendly staff. I was initially nervous about having the procedure done but I found the whole procedure brilliant. I cannot praise the SpaMedica team enough, and I cannot wait to have my second eye done.

I recently had both my lenses replaced. The whole procedure was excellent. All the staff made a nervous patient feel completely at ease. The doctor who carried out the operation explained fully the procedure he was undertaking. The operation and my recovery was exactly how it had been explained to me. I wish to thank all the staff at Spamedica for looking after me throughout the operation and recovery period.

Spa medica was so well organised and professional. All the staff were personable and professional. I was well impressed with the service I received. Biscuits were nice as well.

I attended today with my 89 yr old mother who has hearing difficulties .Every member of staff that we came into contact with showed the utmost care and patience with her. What could have been a trying experience instead became a joy. The premises are ideally suited to the business and the staff area credit to the company
