I cannot praise SpaMedica highly enough! All of the staff are soo friendly and professional, the building is modern, light and clean. Altogether a positive experience.

From start to finish Spa Medica provided excellent service. Transport to and back from the facility was on time and carried out in a most friendly manor. At the clinic, staff were friendly, and above all highly proficient.

Seen for cataract assessment within 3 weeks of seeing my optometrist. The appointment was on time, I was welcomed at the door and offered coffee and a snack while waiting but didn’t have time to drink it! The staff were totally professional throughout the appointment and explained in detail everything that they were doing. I was then offered surgery the following day!!, unfortunately that was too soon for me and I was forced to delay a further 2 days! On the day of surgery the experience was equally good, everything went smoothly and the operation itself took less than 10 minutes. I have nothing to compare it with, but if my experience was typical then I would recommend it to anyone who needs cataract surgery.

Had a lovely morning 27/2/2023 at SpaMedica free drinks the reception people were fantastic very professional and friendly .the Nurses and theatre people The surgeon also fantastic 100% from everyone,would definitely recommend SpaMedica every time

From start to finish everyone I have come into contact with have been extremely efficient, helpful and kind. At each stage of the process I have had wonderful care and attention. Each step has been clearly explained to me and I was totally at ease with the procedure. If I could give Michelin stars you would get the maximum.
