A very clean and tidy practice, staff very pleasant and efficient. Met at the door on each visit and signed in. Did not have to wait long before being seen. On day of operation shown in on time and each nurse went through there system without delay all procedures explained. Made to feel at ease. Operating room staff very pleasant and efficient. All went off well and painlessly. Cannot wait to have other eye done here.

The first impression is how spotlessly clean and tidy it is. The cleaner frequently checked throughout. The medical system is very afficient. As you pass through the various stages each member of staff was very reassuring, willing to answer questions and explaining clearly what was happening. At every stage there were checks to ensure that everything was correct, right up to the point of starting the surgery. A very confidence inspiring experience.

This was my second visit to SpaMedica Carlisle for cataract surgery, and it was again a good experience from start to finish, Friendly welcoming staff, gave plenty of information and opportunity to ask questions.

From the minute I walked through the door I was met by friendly and professional staff. I was checked in and offered complimentary drinks and biscuits. My first visit was for assessment and my second for cataract surgery. The surgery visit was well organised but still friendly and all questions answered, the surgery itself was over in 10 minutes and I never felt a thing and amazed how quick it was. The aftercare was explained in detail and I will not be worried about having my second eye done.
