Spamedica Carlisle are superb. From start to finish with my cataract surgery they were fantastic. I would recommend them unreservedly.

The Service at Spamedica is brilliant. I can not praise the doctors, nurses and staff enough, they are all great. I was very tentative about the cataract procedure but was completely put at ease by everyone. I will definitely go back for my other eye done.

When attending for my second cataract op. I mentioned that I had a strange sensation in my first eye. Before conducting the op. my first eye was checked. I was taken through the pre-op procedure on my first eye, followed by another test looking at the condition of the inside of my eye. The tests confirmed that the eye was perfectly healthy and that the op. had been successful. While my first op had passed very comforttably and I had no after effects, the second op. was less comfortable. It felt as though my eye was being knocked about, and when I got home my eye ached terribly. I took several doses of paracetamol and it was fine the following morning. My vision cleared on the first day and I was able to drive on day 2. Spamedica provide an excellent service and I am grateful the they took the trouble to check my first eye to alleviate my concerns.

I have had very bad vision for years and years and the amazing people at spa medica have changed my life by removing my cataract from the left eye that was attached to the eye. My vision has improved tremendously. I can’t thank them enough!!!

Excellent very efficient. Got my cataract removed 3 days after my pre operation appointment. Everyone was excellent I was very anxious but they reassured me the whole time I was in the clinic. 2 days later I can see again brilliant work.

Telephone call on Monday, assessment on Tuesday, cataract removed on Friday. Now that’s a winner!! Lovely people, good parking and operation was no problem. Well done SpaMedica
