Initially unsure about having eye surgery....never a problem, everyone so helpful and mind put at ease. Very professional. Would certainly have the other eye done.

Great people, lovely service and made to feel nice and relaxed. Shame I've only got two eyes! 😄 Second one done today. Thanks so much for looking after me so well, both times. Highly recommend Sparmedica, couldn't want for a better experience.

On each of my visits the staff have been very friendly, helpful and reassuring. On each visit I was met with a warm welcome and shown where to go . My procedure was reassuring and I was put at ease straight away. The 3 hours past quickly and comfortable with refreshments and toilets. Highly recommend, I'm looking forward to my next visit.

From the initial assessment to the actual operation day everything went smoothly. The staff can only be described as second to none as they provided a stress free progression through the system. The premises at Carlisle were really clean and a credit to all concerned. The operation went well with no problems and I only felt a very small amount of discomfort, certainly not what I was expecting. Everything was explained to me after the operation and I am at the one week position now and have not had any problems since except for sensitivity to light, sun glasses sorted this for me. My vision has improved dramatically and is very clear. My husband administered the eye drops before and after surgery, so maybe this helped to give me a good outcome. I am waiting for my appointment with my Optician to check all is OK and then hope to get my other eye done as soon as possible. All in all a very good experience and I send my thanks to all involved. I would just like to say a great Big Thank you to all the Staff from entering to going home they make you so welcome and very friendly they make you at ease I’ve just had my left Cataract removed 5Days ago and feel fine and seem to see better tho I think it could be a little early I’m now considering getting my right eye done when I go back for my check up Thank you again to all the staff for putting an old lady at ease Regards Sheila

Five weeks after opticians referral my cataract has been removed. Every part of the consultation was excellent, from the meet and greet to the discharge. Every member of the team were very welcoming and pleasant. Facilities were excellent and new. I would recommend SpaMedica to anyone who requires cataract surgery. Thankyou.
