Cataract surgery. Excellent experience, pleasant and friendly staff put you at ease. All stages of the operation explained fully before taking place. Would highly recommend.

From coming for my pre op examination I was really happy with the service provided . We was greeted with a free tea or coffee all the staff were very nice and made you feel relaxed . I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting cateract surgery.

Cataract removal was a slick and trouble free experience from start to finish. Minimal waiting between each part of the process from arrival at reception through to discharge. Every element fully explained. Facilities excellent.

I was referred to Spamedica by my optician and was see quickly and efficiently. I found all the staff to be approachable, friendly and extremely professional. The treatment and care l was given was excellent and l am thrilled with the result regarding the first part of my journey. Awaiting 2nd treatment within next six weeks. I have every confidence in the care I will receive regarding this second treatment.

I have attended SpaMedica for both my cataract surgeries. The whole experience (both times) was seamless. The organisation from initial contact, the staff on site welcoming and booking you in to the surgery, pre surgery consultations, the surgery itself and right through to the post surgery consultations were efficient and thorough. Staff were friendly, professional and approachable at all times, explaining every step of the procedure and process along the way. There were no long waiting times, everything went like clockwork, yet without the feeling of being rushed at any point. At every step I felt that it was important I was comfortable with everything and there was plenty of opportunity for me to ask any questions. Added to all that, the place itself was spotlessly clean and welcoming. I have had no hesitation in recommending SpaMedica Bolton to everyone I’ve spoken to.

I cannot praise SpaMedica enough. It was like being in a five star hotel....even escorted into the lift by a very nice gentleman. The clinic was spotless and the service and thorough explanations and aftercare were second to none. Thank you so much for putting me at ease. Excellent .

First time at this department. Every single person I saw was lovely. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving. I was shown where to go at each stage of my appointment. Everything was explained to me at every stage. Before leaving, I was given an appointment for the surgery I needed. This was probably the best and most stress free hospital appointment that I have ever attended. Thank you so much.
