The whole experience with SpaMedica from assessment to completion of the cataract operation on my left eye was perfection. Every member of staff from meet and greet to the operating theatre put me at ease by their professionalism.

Treatment of a Cataract on my right eye commenced with a Pre Operative Assessment at Spamedica Chester following initial testing at Boots Opticians Chester on january 20th.The team involved were very profeshional,caring and undrestanding throughtout.I can not speak too highly of all involved.

Both my wife and myself have both had cataract operations on both our eyes, and are very pleased with the results. The staff at both Bromley and Sittingbourne have been exceptionally pleasant, helpful and at the same time very professional. Congratulations on a well organised hospitals.

The staff put me completely at ease and the surgery was very quick -a lot quicker than anticipated. Everything went to plan and I am so glad I didn't chicken out. I would recommend to anyone requiring this type of surgery.

Everyone was kind & supportive. The proceedure was seemless & well managed. Very impressed all told. The whole time spent in theatre was incredibly short & the staff were so pleasant & helpful.

Staff were friendly and reassuring. Pre-op appointment took about 3 hours in all. Very thorough leaving me feeling confident. My appointment for first operation was 2pm, again very caring staff, no needles and totally painless. Procedure took about 10 minutes after anathestic drops. We left the building at 3.15pm after post-op instructions and coffee! I wore a clear eyeshield overnight. The improvement in vision is amazing. I have no discomfort, have prescribed eyedrop 4 times daily and can't wait for 2nd operation. Thank you so much.

From entering at the front door and throughout the whole procedure I received the best treatment imaginable. I was very nervous at having the operation but every step of the way I was put at ease by all the staff, and can't thank them enough.

Excellent service throughout. Very impressed with the speed of appointments and subsequent surgery. The clinic was spotless and everyone very professional and friendly. Can't find anything negative to say.
