This was my second Cateract Surgery and everything was extremely Efficient I was made to feel very relaxed during the whole procedure on both occasions

I cannot praise SpaMedica Bolton enough. The whole experience from my pre op visit to my surgery today was outstanding, and carried out in a professional, efficient and supportive manner. Reception staff are welcoming, polite and considerate. The facility and staff are first class. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and my questions were answered, giving me confidence and putting me at ease. I can already see a difference in my eye,with very little discomfort. Thank you to all the staff involved in my two visits here.

From the minute you walked through the door, I was treated by wonderful staff, by both clerical and clinical , they put you at ease and answered any questions truthfully but in a way you could understand, well done all the staff at Spa Medica

I recently had my second cataract surgery and I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism of staff and the surgeon who carried out my procedure on both eyes . The results are beyond my expectations . Many Thanks .

What a brilliant place, all the staff were fantastic they could not do enough for my husband. From walking in the door and being greeted by staff, to being taken to the department then given tea and coffee. The whole team are fantastic the nurses, doctor, admin people everyone on the two visits we made were great. Thank you all again.

I had cataracts removed in January and February 2024.The staff were kind considered and informative. From being welcomed to escorted out I felt safe . All the procedures were painless and performed in a professional manner. I would recommend the service without reservation. As a side comment the coffee is very good .

Less than three weeks from eye test to surgery. Very nice staff and a clean and pleasant place. Probably about 2hours from start to finish. Couldn't have wished for a better experience. Many thanks to one and all.

Excellent professional and friendly service from beginning to end, from the porter who greeted me to the gentleman who discharged me. The whole process seemed seamless yet unhurried. I was made to feel comfortable and any worries and any questions were soon dealt with. At all stages the process was explained in full and even silly or trivial questions where dealt with patiently. They even laughed at my 'dad jokes." At no stage did I feel I was just another customer. Thank you to all the staff I am almost looking forward to having my left eye sorted in time.

Rather long wait. Appt was at 11. Proceedure started at 12-45. All stages of proceedure excellent. Well explained,and carried out in an efficient manner.
