All excellent, from reception, pre-op assessment, the surgeon, surgical team and post op review. A very efficient production line following protocols, but kept a personal touch. You definitely felt an individual and had everything carefully explained and time for questions. Cataract op went well and eye almost normal vision the day after. Amazing. Thanks to all the staff at SpaMedica.

Have had cataract op on both eyes and the experience was fantastic. Staff very friendly and I was looked after really well from start to finish on both occasions

I was nervous as hell but all the staff were really friendly and helpful and professional and put me at ease. It's not the most pleasant procedure but I was given verbal support through the operation and excellent support afterwards

I have undergone cataract for both eyes at Spa Medica Romford. I also have age related macular degeneration. Throughout I have been treated with professionalism and kindness. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. I am a retired healthcare professional and therefore know the difference between good and bad treatment.

collection service and drivers are very patient friendly ,punctual. induction and consultation is very good. explanation of lenses could be more informative. all the staff maintain their concentration of communication .due to the repetitive sequence of procedure they are very reassuring. staff in operating room are friendly and responsive to the patients apprehensions. The procedure is unpleasant but not painful. sparmedica gets 9/10 for the service they achieve...thankyou

From the initial assessment to the completion of surgery I cannot fault the quality of my treatment for my cataract removal. I can only recommend that anyone requiring this surgery should use SpaMedica.
