SpaMedica Bedford have very friendly, efficient staff and I cannot thank them enough for the service and treatment I received in my appointments on August 31st and November 2nd this year.

Brilliant experience with SpaMedica in Bedford From referral to procedure in 13 days !!! Everything about my cataract operation was brilliant- sadly I had my first procedure at another clinic which was fraught with hold ups and problems- but this time it was so seamless and professional! All the staff were helpful caring and so reassuring during what is a bit of a strange experience- walk in very short sighted - 15 minutes later - you can see !!! My surgeon was so pleasant ( loved her singing along to music!) which I am very grateful for - I would have no hesitation in recommending the clinic- thank you again for life changing treatment

Cataract surgery start to finish in under an hour on Saturday afternoon at Spamedica Bedford with very member of staff patient, helpful, reassuring and professional in everything they did for me before, during and afterwards. In a word, perfect experience which could not have been better. Thanks to everybody. Highly recommended.

Faultless. Pleasant caring staff put a nervous patient at ease. Very kind surgeon spoke words of comfort throughout. (And the hot chocolate was delicious!)

Everyone was helpful and reassuring. The only downside was the rather long wait between the formal admission and actual surgery. Is this quite common, as I had the same experience at your Watford clinic for my first op.

Less than a month from optician's referral to surgery. Relaxed but professional throughout. I always felt in safe hands. If only the rest of the NHS operated like this.
