Wonderful experience, everyone was very kind and considerate and I was fully at ease from the moment I arrived, the practice was very professional and I was at ease the whole time I was there. A great big thank you from me. My eye sight has improved tremendously, can't wait to have my other eye operated on.

I have just had my second cataract done after having the first one done in August this year. I cannot praise the whole procedure enough from beginning to end. Everybody is so kind and friendly.

From start to finish all the staff were 5* - I suffer from anxiety and all my fears were dealt with on a very friendly and professional basis, and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble for them, from the car park to the theatre. An extremely well organised centre.

I was 2 hours late due to traffic and the staff were very understandable. From the receptionists, the nurses and the surgeon they were friendly and kind. I was put as ease as I was nervous. Given a lovely blanket. The surgeon was kind and put me at ease. I have to go for the 2nd eye and feel comfortable and not worried about having it done. A wonderful place if you have to go.

Spamedica Bedford the whole experience was fantastic, the staff where very caring could not do enough to give you confidance and piece of mind through out the surgery, the surgeon was very very good you could not ask for better,

From the time I set my foot at the clinic the staff starting from the reception they made me feel so comfortable and their service is just out of this world. Well done guys. Kudos to you all you are just wonderful

I was picked up in a clean and comfortable minibus. The driver was polite, caring and courteous, and I felt at ease during the whole short journey to Bedford. After being checked in at the front door of the clinic I was taken through each stage of the procedure with a clear description of what was happening each time. The surgeon put me at ease before and during the procedure. She even sang as she operated on my my eye, she obviously was confident, which in turn relaxed me. I spoke to a nurse after the operation to give me relavent information and aftercare medication. Hot drinks were available while I was there. Myself and the other person on the minibus soon left, and after another comfortable journey I arrived home. Many thanks SpaMedica.

From start to finish Spa Medica in Bedford were excellent. Appointments were efficiently arranged. Staff were very helpful and considerate and everything was done in professional manner. The hospital itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

At the pre op visit and on the actual day Everyone was welcoming, reassuring and helpful but at the same time very professional. Although I was understandably nervous all the staff did their best to put me at my ease and the visual posters showing what would happen next were very helpful and reassuring. In fact all the displays were relevant and done with care. The nursing staff before, during and after the op were helpful and professional. Being in small but comfortable booths with three others whilst waiting worked well and helped to pass the time. The consultant/surgeon was excellent …calm, encouraging and reassuring and explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Thank you all at Spa Medica Bedford I would also like to thank the general administration staff who booked appointments and answered my questions in a professional yet friendly way.

I not only received my appointment incredibly fast but also my surgery. The staff at SpaMedica are of an exceptionally high standard. Kind, caring and dedicated to giving their very best service. I would most certainly go here in the future if I ever need more eye surgery. The hospital itself is warm and welcoming, relatively new by its appearance and very clean and tidy. You are made to feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door until the time you have to leave. My only concern was the limited parking but this is barely worth mentioning. Please keep up the excellent work and standards you have set. Thank you so much for making my cataract surgery so uneventful!
