Everyone caring and friendly and made u feel comfortable. I was really anxious as had to make my own way there on 2 buses. I was really scared and frightened but tired not to be. Got myself a drink and biscuit and shortly after I was called. The procedure was explained to me and made me feel more at ease. Even though met patients that had problems with procedure. Which can make u unsettled.

Very relaxing and professional from begining to end with lots of interaction from very friendly staff. Put at ease throughout the treatment.

Thank you to the team at Wokingham who treated me with respect and dignity throughout my treatment, Although I was apprehensive initially about the procedure, staff and surgeons put my mind at rest. Would recommend 5*

I was absolutely terrified at the rhough of someone doing anything to my eyes and being so close to my face. I was reassured at every turn and the proceedure was over so quickly with negligible pain

Absolutely excellent care throughout the whole experience,I was made to feel confident and comfortable on each visit. So happy my cataract surgery went well with no problems

All members of staff were pleasant, well organised, efficient and reassuring. All of the procedures were explained when appropriate and refreshments were provided on request.

My second cataract and same efficiency as with first one . Without a doubt Spa Medica have a well oiled system . Despite some periods of seeming inactivity I was leaving the clinic three hours after I arrived . Staff generally are caring and can usually answer any questions. Procedure is exactly as they say and the booklet you are given is very helpful to take home .

I was picked up at home and returned. Everything was done very professionally. I was treated with respect and everything was explained as the process progressed.
