    My daughter had been admitted into a&e the previous night and 111 told me a referral had been sent to the hospital. Get there and there’s no referral. Next night we have to call again as my daughter is vomiting a lot of fresh blood. Told a doctor will call us right away. That was 1am. I am writing this at 9am with no call from anyone. My 5 year old is vomiting blood and no one thinks that’s a call worth making no? No wonder everyone goes to a&e with their health problems, because getting to see or speak to anyone else is near impossible, absolutely disgusting.

    Called Saturday 10/12 at 5:40 pm for my son, after waiting 1hr 15 minutes managed to speak to someone who triaged my call, said I'd get a call back, I did, at 7am on 11/12, more questions, was then told my son my son should see an out of hours doctor and they would ring at 8 am with an appointment. As at the time of writing this 5:15 am on Monday 12/12, I've received no such call. I even rang 111 to chase, after another 1hr an 20 minute wait I spoke to someone who said they could only send a message to out of hours doctor to say I was still waiting for a call back. Can't get a doctors appointment, can't get an appointment at walkin centre and can't get a response from 111, I'm at my wits end!!

    Called 111 at 21.40 yesterday, waited for 50 minutes and went though the lady's assessment. She said she was concerned and would put me in the queue for a call back within 2 hours. 18 hours later and I'm still waiting.

    Called 111 around 8pm on behalf of my Nan for a recurring UTI. After a 40minute wait we finally we spoke to a Health Advisor at Hertfordshire who was incredible! He was professional, patient and very sympathetic. He was a pleasure to speak with. He referred us onto a prescribing pharmacist who gave some great advice and then onto a Doctor who prescribed antibiotics. Everything was managed within two hours. Very impressed as im sure they’re inundated at the moment with calls. Thank you for an excellent service!

    Called 111 23.45 as baby of 9months projectile vomiting green yellow, floppy and unresponsive and a fever. Was told a dr would call me back within 30 minutes if for any reason they couldn’t get hold of my phone they would dispatch an ambulance. It’s 07.21 am and I’ve had no call back no ambulance nothing !!!

    My mum is 73 has a pacemaker and was really poorly over Christmas. Bad cough,headache etc. Did an online request for help/advice. Advised that she would receive a call within 12 hours. 12 hours came and went and no call. Really disappointed. Last Christmas and new year we needed 111 and they were amazing. I understand that they’re busy but this is putting people in danger. Can’t contact our GP surgery until Wednesday evening-and that’s for an e-consult. Going to try again today-but I don’t hold out much hope of getting a response.

    Got really bad ear pain!!in agony filled out 111 form 12 hours ago now and no one has phoned me back!!! Had a call from a handler about 5 hours ago saying they are really busy but someone will call me but nope nothing!!!took myself to pharmacy for them to check my ear to say yep really bad ear infection yet can't give me antibiotics until I've spoke with 111 Joke of a service!!!

    I called 111 two days ago an spoke to a nurse. Despite informing her of the neglectfulness I have expirecnced through she did not judge. She just listened. Most nurse don't like hearing the truth but this particular nurse did not let it affect her judgement. Despite some of the information being incriminating towards her job. This shows experience. And very good people skills. We need more nurse who listen to patients rather than ignoring patients concerns to save their job.

    Been on the phone over an hour for the second time, my son has a fever and other symptoms going on 5 days now and not going down, wanted to get an advice and probably antibiotics to help with the infection, instead of going to A&E where there will be so many others people and horrendous wait time (by what he could get worse). In the end will have to go down to A&E to get help, what’s to point of 111 as they are unable to even pick up the phone/call back and help when is needed to?

    This weekend I was let down twice by 111. I got a response relatively quickly via 111 online but then never received a phone call from the doctor. I understand not calling me back as an adult with a health issue I'll just deal with it. But to dismiss my son's health is unacceptable. My alternative was to take him to the walk in centre with a minimum 4 hour waiting when he can barely walk. Really disappointed and let down, zero support for families this weekend.
