    What is going on with the NHS lately. You cannot speak with a doctor!! Firstly called my GP surgery, as I had a letter to speak to my doctor about blood test results, to which they said they had no appointments available. I then had to book in more bloods, fine. Was told to book an appointment to speak to a doctor then. Then to be told they still had no appointments!! So they then booked me in with Livi, after waiting 45 minutes for the doctor to call me, they cancel!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

    First being late, which I can still get over but apparently one of the things you need to know before the consultation can begin exact times and dates of clinical interaction with your GP. While this might be easy for people who use their GP regularly for the likes of myself nearly impossible. If this is something they need then I would suggest the patient should be informed before booking an appointment. Just out of interest how is any GP able to identify their patients by date of birth and line of address rather than questioning when was the last date you had a smear test? Since I work for the NHS myself they have just lost half a day and counting of my working day, for me trying to access NHS services.

    I have used Livi 4 times now and on each occasion the service via the App and subsequent video call has been fantastic. The ability to get an initial doctor's view within 24 hours is very reassuring

    I’ve used the service twice now and both times it’s been brilliant. Really thorough appointment with the Dr and she really listened and then prescribed what I needed. Rang me in the timescale too. Perfect.

    Had an appointment booked to speak to a GP today, the appointment was randomly cancelled as they couldn't verify my identity. I phoned and got the appointment booked again 15 minutes later and cancelled again. The system doesn't allow me to add a selfie... Really annoyed to have waited a few days for nothing. Absolute rubbish service.

    Got a next day appt with a GP who telephoned within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment. His approach was great, took time to listen to my symptoms, arranged for me to have the appropriate tests , gave advice on how to manage my symptoms and 2 hrs later recieved a confirmation message to say the tests had been requested through my surgery. Great service, can't fault it! Like that there are evening and weekend appointments to.

    My Dr's is always so busy so decided to use their Livi app but over this week appointments have been cancelled and rescheduled 3 times at the time of appointment. Very disappointed I will now need to try and make an appointment with the surgery

    Several years ago I used the Livi app to try to get help for my ageing mother, using my personal phone as she didn't have one. Got zero help at that time, and now Livi refuse to allow me to register myself on their app on my phone. I'd suggest the NHS review their contractual position with Livi to be honest.

    Had appt booked for 12.15 which they cancelled at 12.30 as they had no one to call me and re scheduled the spot for 13.30. I waited by the phone with the app open ready, I received a notification for the call opened the phone by this time no more than 15 seconds the call had been terminated and I received another notification stating appt cancelled. Perhaps they should allow time to answer the call. What a true waste of time and NHS funds. I do not expect a reply as they do not seem to respond to the feedback.
