I was offered an appointment today at 7pm. As a consequence I cancelled my plans. Received a message at 10 past 8 to say it’s been cancelled. Very unhappy

Could only get a video call at 9.40pm . 1 hrs before had a reminder . Then immediately after got a message saying my details were not correct . Considering this is 12hrs after making my appointment this would have been checked saving me waiting. I have checked all my details and they are correct?

Two years ago when I started using Livi, the service was fast, always next day or same day I had a video appointment with the doctor, but now always it's 4 days. The other day I had a urine infection and the appointment made it was 5 days, when the doctor called me the infection gone. Today I have a bad cold, it's Wednesday night and next available appointment will be Sunday, and I am bleeding for my nose frequently, without sleeping well and for a few days and without stopping working, so I'm very tired.

It is second time I use this this year and they leave u waiting forever. I am awaiting service for one hour now and will now conflict with work after I took time off to take the call. Disgraceful!

First appointment made by reception at my GP cancelled by Livi Could not get an appointment myself as fully booked having tried every day for 3 days, went back to GP reception who booked me a second appointment Have now been waiting an hour and a half for my appointment to start and having read the other reviews, I'm now just waiting for it to be cancelled by Livi. Disappointing, frustrating and a waste of everyone's time Avoid Livi if you can.

It was the first time I was using the app and had my appointment scheduled for 21.35. In the beginning it was delayed and then it was cancelled and rescheduled two days later. Don't think I will be using this app again or recommending it. By the looks, it seems to happen very often. Disappointing.

First appointment, she cancelled on me and nefet called back just because I couldn’t remember when my last doctor appointment was. Second time, 30+ minutes late for an appointment and i cant reschedule. I’m at work and already losing on time. No GP assigned at all Very annoying

Appt booked 3 days in advance for 12:50. I’m a teacher so timing is crucial. Dr contacted me at 11:04. I was teaching so phone off. No sign of dr at appt time. Phoned support and gave up after being on hold. Really poor

Never spoke to GP. My appointment was cancelled 5 min after it suppose to start despite me waiting with open app and following all the instructions. Horrible service.
