    Unable to confirm my appointment through the app - just kept saying ‘sorry we are fully booked’. Repeated text messages asking me to confirm my appointment or it will be cancelled.

    I booked an appointment for 9am this morning, I logged on and waited just to see the delay message. Eventually after over an hour my appointment was cancelled and a new one booked for 5 days time at a time that is not convenient as I will be at work. I realise everyone is under pressure but that is not acceptable. It is likely I need medication and now have no idea when I will actually be able to speak to a doctor.
