    Very good appointment was on time no delays I found the gobal clinic very friendly the man I hold was a good laugh which made me feel relaxed therefore I would go there again

    Instructions were sent to me with pre-test preparation instructions. Accordingly, I went for the test on time and there was no delay they took me to the test room and did a good test.

    The ultrasound experience was very good. The only hassle I experienced was trying to change my appointment as the telephone appointment system was very slow and I was held in a queue for absolutely ages

    Having gone to the wrong hospital initially, I was obviously late for my appointment by around 20 mins. However, everything was done to fit me in and I did get my MRI scan. The MRI staff were exceptionally friendly and informative and put me at my ease every step of the way. I cannot praise them enough.

    Had MRI on knee at Harold Wood polyclinic in mobile unit. I was impressed with the speed, care and attention. Just the metal stairs up and down was daunting.

    My appointment with Healthcare was very good , the sonographer and nurse attending were both pleasant ,and the nurse very helpful The appointment was on time , and went smoothly Appreciation to Healthcare for their good communication on providing appointment dates and detailed information on how to prepare Also approachable and helpful if necessary to rearrange , or ask any additional information

    I was treated with such care and Dignity the staff clearly took pride in their work whatever their role was. The surroundings were pleasant and impeccably clean. One had total confidence in their care. If only health care was uniformly this good across the NHS. I’m sad to say that although there are exceptions of course, in my view generally speaking, the NHS has lost its way.
