    5* very pleasant staff and polite . Was not kept waiting and came out before my appointment time . Waiting room was comfortable and plenty of space

    All staff at the mri suite were very professional, friendly,caring,kind and helpful throughout whole mri process at Winchester based healthshare. Would recommend these people every time.

    No hanging around. Was in within a minute of walking through the door, and I was early. I wasn’t aware I needed to have a full bladder before arriving. So had to have an internal. (But things like that done phase me) Immediately found my issue, coil incorrectly positioned. Shown me and referred me back to GP for urgent appointment. Talked me through everything in a kind manor made me feel very at ease! Thank you for being for being so considerate

    Having had 3 cystoscopies in the past, I thought this would be a breeze. Having a new consultant didn’t faze me as he seemed likeable at my first visit with him. In the day however I was unusually very nervous and anxious, I’d recently finished counselling about serious problems from my past, so whether that was in my mind I’m not certain. But the closer I got to my apt the shaking and feeling of intense anxiety kicked in, i have never felt like this before. The nurses on the ward and staff in theatre did everything above and beyond to reassure me, but anything they asked for on my behalf was immediately shut down by this consultant who clearly looked like he had no time for this kind of “ behaviour “ I went through the procedure crying, shaking and having intense flashbacks to my childhood! All I asked for was a slight sedation, or even local anaesthetic he says “ we don’t do anything like that here” his attitude was hostile and made me feel like a wimp. In fact I’ve cancelled my follow up appointment with him today as I really don’t want to see him again if I’m honest, it was so painful and I think he could have handled it differently

    Thank you for your prompt, efficient and kind ultrasound service provided at Crown Street Surgery. The appointment reminders by text were helpful. I was treated with great dignity and respect by the Surgery receptionist and by Healthshare professionals. The results were sent to my own GP immediately and I received feedback the next working day. Thank you.

    First time used this service cannot recommend enough the service was first class from getting appointment to being seen at the local clinic. Staff were most friendly and very professional.
