    My appointment came through quickly, the location within a health centre was ok. I was not impressed by the doctor’s poor communication and interpersonal skills. Despite many years as a linguist, adept at understanding people who speak with strong accents, I struggled to understand much of what was said, as did my husband. I will request a different doctor for the next appointment. In addition, the system was down the day we visited, which is delaying the issuing of the prescription by an indefinite amount of time. Poor, disappointing service on the whole, despite speedy referral.

    I have previously been self funding for my eye care and because of the cost decided to request a referral to the N/H/S for my early stage Glaucoma. I expected the service to be below my private experiences ; how very wrong I was , the service I received was outstanding . The level of information I received relating to my vision far exceeded any that I had previously been given . All the staff at the Greet clinic were extremely pleasant and polite.

    Went to my GP for a skin lesion which was confirmed as a Basal Cell Carcinoma and was referred for an appointment. Had a photo taken to confirm is was a BCC, had a biopsy to confirm again and today was seen by a specialist who told me I had to be referred again to a hospital for the surgery to remove it. It has taken 4 and a half months to get to this point and I am still waiting for the surgery.

    My son who has learning difficulties had to have an abdominal ultrasound. Having spoken to HealthHarmonie before the appointment to explain his difficulties the appointment could not have been better. Everything was explained in a clear way and which made him feel comfortable. The sonographer was excellent as was his nurse. Thank you both for making his experience a positive one.

    Only a relatively minor procedure to remove a small lump. Upon arrival greeted by a friendly receptionist who kept me updated as there was a slight delay. Doctor and her staff were very professional and efficient and explained everything in detail. Overall a 10/10 experience, highly recommended.

    Met with the Opthalmologist from Healthharmonie yesterday following a referral by my routine optician. He was very professional and courteous and extremely knowledgeable in opthalmology. He explained everything to me in detail and completely put my mind at rest. Refreshing to have everything explained to me in detail including clearly what the next steps would be and when. Excellent.

    Arrival at a barn south of Stafford Receptionist rude, and very unprofessional. Dr assistant was also not polite not welcoming, I walked in he looked at the notes, looked at my face said “it's this…” consultation was done before I sat down, and I was out of the door. Must have a golf game to get too with all the NHS money they are creaming in. This has done nothing but show me that private health care is abhorrent

    The appointment was on time. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The consultant was superb. He explained what was wrong with my eyes very clearly and set out the treatment regime and outcomes. He was courteous and unhurried and I could not be more pleased with the treatment I received. I am delighted that I will be continuing to see this same consultant as I am impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, interest and unpatronising ability to explain what is happening. Thank you.
