    My appointment was cancelled twice without prior notification. I had a 40 minute drive on both occasions, as the venue is impossible to access on public transport from my home.

    I had a great experience receiving treatment for my psoriasis, all the staff were lovely and helpful and made the whole experience much easier.

    I arrived at my dermatology appointment this afternoon after driving 40minutes to get there, having taken time out of work. I waited 10mins for my appointment and then was called in, i explained about my condition, that i had tried numerous steroid creams, tablets etc and that i was allergic to hydrocortisone. The consultant spent all of 5 minutes, 1 minute looking at my skin and the next 4 minutes, saying i shouldn't go to the gym, not to use dermol lotion and that he would send another steroid cream to the pharmacy and that my gp can continue prescribing the cream, no follow up offered. The consultant clearly couldnt care less and further more i have since found out from the pharmacy that the cream contains hydrocortisone. I am extremely disappointed after waiting months for an appointment to be back to square one. I would definately not recommend health harmonie.

    I waited for months to get this appointment. Eventually got to see someone. He wrote me two prescriptions for my condition. He didn't send them through. I called Health Harmonie, and was told I would have to wait another two weeks for the doctor to rewrite me the prescription because that was the next time he was working. And guess what. Still no prescription. So back to square one.

    Can't fault the treatment received - felt very reassured by the friendly nurse who took time to really explain exactly what the results meant for me. Also appreciate the option of leaving the appointment open for the next six months in case I need more help rather than having to start the process all over again by getting another GP referral. Good to be able to park on site without being charged too!

    My treatment was of a great help to my skin condition. the staff were very helpful and bedside manner was second to none, the parking was always ample. i would recommend Basford clinic to anyone.

    18 year old daughter was referred by GP for skin issue on breast. Service seemed good and efficient at first. However, as a result of being seen by 2 departments (dermatology & cancer clinic) dermatology problem was never resolved Last doctor seen was very unsympathetic and didn't really listen - told my daughter she just had to live with it! Issue is still not resolved and she is having to use steroid cream cream more than she should to help ease symptoms. When I've contacted them to help my daughter and explain (because she is embarrassed and deflated about the service) they've said she needs to get another referral via GP. Not a good example to encourage youngsters to seek advice over medical matters if they have concerns!
