    This is a self refer service and great that you don't need to go through your GP. Easy to get an appointment and prompt follow up. I was kept informed throughout. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff (this includes admin staff and health care professionals). Great service and many thanks for your help.

    They are not permitted to touch you! I don’t understand how they can help if they can’t touch you. We are paying for this service and it’s not helping. My work forced me to go so I had no choice. I won’t be going again as it completely soul destroying. Again given a piece of paper with exercises. I already do lots of exercise I need some physiotherapy which I didn’t get. Ridiculous waste of money and time.

    I was referred to Connect Health Musculoskeletal services in Stapleford, following an Xray result showing arthritis and Coxa Valga. i had been having a lot of back pain. I was given an appointment with their senior advanced practitioner, early October. I appreciated the thorough and thoughtful approach he demonstrated. I felt listened to. After examination he shared his opinion and discussed next stages. He asked if i was happy to go for an MRI scan to confirm his diagnosis and to rule out other issues. An MRI scan, giving accurate information of several conditions, was booked very quickly and I only had to wait for a few days, for the results. He talked through the results over the phone and I also received a written copy of the findings. I have felt helped, at a difficult time for me. I have been given a follow up review appointment to discuss appropriate treatment.

    Seemed a long wait for an appointment but finally excellent Physio care from competent and friendly clinician. Thorough examination and explanation, all my questions answered in detail. Hoping steroid injection today will give me much needed pain relief. Thankyou.

    While not all of the subjects covered where relevant to me, we were a small group and all of the course was relevant to us as a whole. The facilitators were friendly and knowledgeable and had a great way of explaining their topics in an easy to understand format. A very light hearted, and easy to understand way of educating people with pain issues.

    Was referred 5 weeks ago not had any communication from them except an email saying someone would phone me, have not heard anything. Have tried phoning them and it’s awful wait ages and then they cut you phone off from their end even got through once and had a ten second phone call before I was cut off sounded like an Indian call centre. Connect health you are giving the NHS a bad reputation. David Musselwhite

    Dear David I am so sorry you have had such problems. If you wanted to email me your personal details I can advise how long you may have to wait. I can assure you that our call centre is not outsourced and is run from Newcastle. Our average wait time for call answering is just over a minute. We are always trying to improve this.     I attended the Nottingham clinic today at Stapleford and I was very pleased with the appointment. I was seen by a staff member who was very thorough and I felt he explained things to me in a easy to understand and friendly manner. I felt that I was listened to and a plan was put in place to help with my health concern. Excellent service and friendly helpful staff.

    I was originally referred by my docs surgery in November 2023. September 2024 still waiting to be seen by a physical therapist. Received a letter from the in August to say they tried to contact me and because they were unable to reach me they would discharge me. I called them and told them no one has reached out. Finally got a telephone consultation on 29th Aug. Was told will get to see someone in three weeks. Today 23/9/24 rang to find out I still have to wait another 6-12 weeks. It terrible that I have to wait a year for physio therapy for a tear in my knee
