The service and treatment was outstanding no long waiting time for an appointment. Following my consultation I was given an appointment next day for my cataract to be removed what a great service

Arrived an hour early for my appointment, as it was nearly 40 miles from home, but told I couldn't be seen early; went away for coffee, came back a few minutes before appointment, but told running late. 2 hours later, finally called in for my procedure. Since there was a systems failure on the morning, it would have been nice to receive a text or something to say all appointments were running xx minutes late.

Appt time great, on arrival seen within minutes, no delays. Super service . On both occasions staff were very informative and very friendly . Only issue at the Blackpool site is not enough. Car park space at times Highly recommended

Attended at the Metro Centre Sunderland. Staff were fantastic throughout. Staff took time to explain everything at each point. Felt "cared for" rather than "processed".

After arriving, I was seen very quickly and looked after very professionally. Only complaint if your an older person it’s a long walk up hill especially from the bus exchange.

From start to finish all staff friendly,helpful and informative. Excellent care.I was very anxious about this procedure on my eye but the staff made me feel very relaxed and took the anxiety away. They explained everything that would happen and how to take care of my eye after the procedure drops, etc. I would recommend Chec to everyone.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. My father has severe COPD and really struggles getting to appointments due to his health. He had an appointment which he attended and was told he could leave before they completed the scan. Made another appointment (which he wouldn’t have had to attend had they done their jobs properly the first time) Unfortunately He had to cancel due to his health so instead of making another appointment they referred him back to his doctor. I’m disgusted and so is he. Also the staff are rude!

Came for a procedure at this practice. All the staff were friendly, professional, and explained things compentently. Also put me at ease as it was my first time having this procedure. I highly recommend this practice. As a individual who works in healthcare too i was really impressed. First class healthcare! Keep it up!
